Cirrus Street Slums - Matrix Reloaded Recreation

This area within a slummy area in SW City was designed after a scene in the blockbuster movie The Matrix: Reloaded. If you remember the movie at all, you'll recognize this area to be the place where Neo fights hundreds of Agents after talking to the Oracle. Other slum-type areas can be found around this section as well.
